Johnny was helpful and informative
Johnny was helpful and informative when I contacted him requesting advice on what my options were with a 2nd property I own. This came into to my possession follow the death of my elderly mother. IHT wasn’t an issue but I wanted advice regarding possibly letting the property completely or moving there myself and renting a room, selling up completely. I also had some ideas on improvements but didn’t want to overspend if renting or selling. I did not feel overwhelmed by the information he gave and it was clear and concise. It was very helpful at a stressful time.
